We stayed for 3 nights last week room 402, the room and ensuite was excellent, cleaned daily. The staff were very attentive and professional, the hotel is central with plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. A great budget hotel that we would highly recommend, thanks for a great stay.

The hotel is not like the pictures, I had a problem because my bathroom had a really bad smell, the staff was awful, they told me “what do you expect from a 2* hotel?” And I replied a clean bathroom that doesn’t stink like sh**! The only thing they offer is coffee in the morning and there was no coffee! I would not recommend it.

We had room 502 with lovely views from the windows. The room was very spacious for Amsterdam. And it was very comfortable. The staff were all excellent and very helpful. There are no lifts so some people might find the flights of stairs an issue so just be prepared. The only criticisms would be that the toilet door did not lock and the windows need to be cleaned. We would definitely return and stay here again.

Hotel charges extra for no reason . Paid almost €600 for a basic room to fork out another almost €100 taxes which were already oaid with booking. Not to mention we had to go 4 flights of stairs with luggages up and down cos we were given the wrong room. that we Not worth the money paid. Small rooms to sleep 4 .

Only problem was our room was on the highest floor and only stairs literally in an attic, room was okay tho, great coffee shop right beside it an another one down the road , €100 deposit wasn’t mentioned when booking, would stay again staff were nice, and the coffe shop beside was the best part
